These envelopes are going to businesses that have been established for multiple years and are addressed correctly. When we contact the businesses, they confirm the address is correct. I am not sure what is happening to the postal system but it is clear there are several issues within the system. I see why people are doing things online and skipping the postal system. Very sad.

However, the name—as well as the serial number—matches exactly on the receipt I have. Exactly—I provided them with all the evidence proving that this package belongs to me. But it was no use. They were unpleasant to deal with and completely lacking in understanding.):
