- HDHolland DugganJun 5, 20262.0I had to get my mailbox key for my apartment, I submitted a request on April 17 & was told it could be 2 to 4 weeks. There is no way to reach them, there phone rings and then disconnects. I've been up there four times and it's now June 5th, i still don't have access to my mailbox :( The lady that's always there is really nice & helpful but she's always the only person there. You need more the one employee, it's not fair to your workers or your customers!

These envelopes are going to businesses that have been established for multiple years and are addressed correctly. When we contact the businesses, they confirm the address is correct. I am not sure what is happening to the postal system but it is clear there are several issues within the system. I see why people are doing things online and skipping the postal system. Very sad.

However, the name—as well as the serial number—matches exactly on the receipt I have. Exactly—I provided them with all the evidence proving that this package belongs to me. But it was no use.
