- PPPiperJul 3, 20261.0I made an appointment. Got a confirmation and a reminder only to get there and have them tell me she is on vacation!!!!!!!! Last time I went as a walk in and whoever she is had left early!
- CCCheriJun 27, 20262.0I went out of my way to this location because the Westport location, the most convenient location today, has given me such terrible service in the past. I figured that the larger, more prestigious Union Station, even though it was inconvenient, would probably give me professional-quality service. Nope. This one was almost just as bad. This time, the counter clerk could hardly focus on me and seemed to barely be standing upright. Rubbing eyes, clearly not able to process my words well, widening the eyes to try to keep them open, sighing. It's a wonder I was able to get my stuff sent at all. USPS, I really think your customer service training needs an overhaul. The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is that this wasn't quite my worst experience. (!!!)
