I ship 50-100 packages a week via my online reselling business bringing in pre paid labels and everytime I bring them a pre label box - they tell me it's wrong they can't take - always something - when I ask okay how should we fix it - its attitude and I don't know can't take it - just the worst. Also when they do accept a package it never starts tracking right away usually 3-4 days. The people that work they just suck and don't care. I typically will use the postal service at Barry Rd Hyvee - always super nice / never an issue and packages always start tracking on time and get to their destination. Shout out to Parkville and Gladstone locations as well - never a problem there either and always professional and nice.
