In the winter they don’t deliver cuz of snow any other time it’s cus there aren’t any carriers or the route sopkng nobody wants to do it now they have cut 13 routes and I have yet to get mail for a week I go down there and EVER CHIC WORKING THE WINDOW HAS A ATTITUDE AND DONT WANT TO HELP U SO U HAVE TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR WHO AT LEAST GOES TO LOOKFOR UR MAIL… workers trash supervisors helpful!!! They really need to get it together atp!! Hire more carriers or split the route

The package tracked from KCMO to New York and back but they couldn't get it to my door. I think someone at this office is a thief. This is not the first time my mail has gone missing.
