- FSFrankie SFeb 24, 20261.0I’ve been here twice. Never again. Today, “We ran out of stamps yesterday. Maybe they’ll restock them later today.” *shrug* Continues leaning on counter while on speaker phone. A month ago: “What’s a money order? We don’t do those….uhhhh…I don’t know how to process money orders and I’m the only one here.” 🙄
- SEShawn EdwardJan 28, 20262.0Google has to define which services each Post office provides: no reason to waste time. Post office has to be updated: they appear to only handle return 'parcels', and they are nearest UMKC. Odd choice for students nearby, unless they never apply USPS. One employee said they never handle general delivery: real, an error, or a lie? A couple of employees seem okay, one of them I can't stand. The two stars are for the two employees.
- RERaymond EastJan 12, 20261.0I actually like this little post office but I would like it a lot better if they were actually open all 4 hours per day that are posted. So many time I walk here and nobody is there and the door is locked.
- PWPEI CHI WANGMay 12, 20251.0It’s supposed to close at 4pm but I went at 3:20 and the doors were still locked despite the doors saying “Doors to remain unlocked during office hours” “Open from Monday to Friday 12pm-4pm”😐
