Untrustworthy, the owner could care less and has a bad attitude and yelled at me the customer over phone when I called thinking it might make a nice difference and he might be concerned of what is going on after an amazon return was stolen by the staff, Instead he yelled and said he does not care about complaints. He claims he has 5 star ratings since Tina left which is not true. It is so sad to see what use to be a really nice store with excellent customer service go to no intelligence, terrible customer service. I will stay clear of this location.

This UPS store should be shut down & closed as it is a disservice to the organization and community. Should not be in business. We concur with all the other negative reviews proving how horrible this location is.
