- CFC Funk2 days ago1.0This review is a commentary on UPS overall and their refusing to "guarantee delivery by ___ time or your money back" delivery by a certain time. I was told the delivery would be made by _____ and the pakage was more than a couple of hours late (photo and email verified delivery by photo and time stamp). When I contacted UPS asking for money to refunded AS PROMISED, they refused saying their "guarantee" wasn't in writing. Be careful of these "promises" because UPS won't stand behind their word.

But this location, has an automatic door, which is very customer friendly, and sincerely appreciated!

With a positive and friendly demeanor has walked me through some processes and shown patience and understanding each time.That's why I keep coming back.

A special box needed to be made and hand-backed before shipping. Max was patient, knowledgeable, personable and helpful in explaining to me the packing, shipping and charging process all along the way. He is an exceptional employee and one I'll remember for future shipping needs.
