  Located next door to a dispensary. It stinks inside and dangerous people mill around the parking lot. Not a safe place, especially if you’re walking out with a package in your hands.

  Just had the best experience at the store. It’s a very hot day and the young man came out and helped me carry in my boxes. Could not ask for better customer service!!

  I would give ZERO stars if allowed. Worst customer service experience at any business help and shipping center ever. Taron the manager was not accountable nor is his employee. On 02/09/26 I scheduled a notary after being told it was by appointment only. No problem, I then scheduled it and arrived only the next day to find out the employee did not check the schedule, no notary was there. so he asked if I could come back in an hour. I agreed and gave them a pass, life is not perfect. After cramming my errand in following their mistake I came back as instructed. I was told now a second time the notary now would not be there till maybe noon now, still no definite. The manager was called and the employee had all 3 of us on speaker so they proceeded to ask if I could wait. Not sign of an accountability, the manager never once asked his employee why he had me come at 11 when he would not be available till after noon. That employee was non responsive and never once spoke up and said anything about why he instructed to come back if the notary was not gonna be there. Terrible communication, then they put it on me.
