  Every once in a while I have to come here and I always regret it. I have never successfully pulled of a transaction at this location without either being told their system is down, they dont have anyone who knows how to complete the transaction, being shamed for setting my boxes on a chair.......or today I walked in and walked up to the counter only to be told to get out that they were closed already. Today it was just before 4 PM on a Saturday. Apparently they close at 4 PM on Saturdays and they did not want my business.

  Amber and Sam handled lots of customers even with an internet outage and long lines. Professional, courteous, and efficient.

  The person was kind and professional. I would’ve given a much higher rating, but I had to buy a shipping package. They wouldn’t use the Amazon package which I didn’t like but other than that it was great.

  This guy was excellent. Great customer service friendly and got the job done right away and explained everything. Couldn't ask for better

  Im a little shocked at the bad reviews. I stopped by yesterday to have them ship my Amazon returns out since Kohls wasn’t an option. There was a trainee that took care of me and he was so apologetic I had to wait. While I was there the manager kindly reminded him something about box measurements and I was very impressed. He didn’t belittle the guy in front of people just kindly reminded him of something . I feel like all the managers I’ve seen lately are just narcissistic. There was also a woman there that was killing it packaging the Amazon returns. I definitely will be back if I need to ship something !
