- BCBrooke CJun 27, 20261.0Came in to get simple items shipped. Thr purple/blue haired girl with the glasses looked like she was struggling to measure so I simply said I can disassemble some items to make it fit better. I was met with an attitude about company policy requiring items to have a 2" buffer. I explained no one's arguing just trying to help since we'd been standing their forever waiting for her to count on her fingers. After calculating and recalculating she quoted 75 dollars for them to pack the box on top of shipping cost.... Anyway I went to their competitor and paid 53 including packing, shipping, and insurance. Don't patronize here. And if you're going to have an attitude problem at least be able to execute simple algebra
