  Over the years, the accommodations have improved so that many customers don't need any assistance. Not me but others. I can't offer any suggestions for improvement except maybe the parking lot.

  **⭐⭐ 2 STARS — A FIVE-STAR UPS STORE WITH ONE EMPLOYEE WHO MAKES CUSTOMERS FEEL UNWELCOME** My wife and I are frequent customers, and I want to be clear that nearly everyone at this location is fantastic. Unfortunately, one employee has made my experiences so unpleasant that I've decided to take some of my business elsewhere. I won't mention her name, but she consistently wears a face mask, so ownership should know who I'm referring to. I've had thousands of documents notarized over the years, including at least 10 with this employee. **I've rarely encountered someone in customer service who comes across as so unnecessarily authoritative, overzealous, and unfriendly.** Every interaction seems to become an exercise in enforcing her authority rather than simply helping a customer. I've gone out of my way on numerous occasions to be exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and respectful, hoping to improve our interactions. Unfortunately, nothing seems to change. **She has a remarkable ability to make a paying customer feel like an inconvenience rather than someone whose business is appreciated.** My latest visit involved two notarizations. I was on a phone call while answering her questions, and she demanded my undivided attention. I understand that notaries have procedures to follow, but there's a courteous way to communicate those requirements. Once again, her approach felt unnecessarily confrontational. I left and went to my bank, where both documents were notarized for free without any problems. **Ownership should understand that this is costing you business.** I was considering transferring my business mailbox to this location, but that is now off the table. I also won't use her notary services again. It's disappointing when you walk into an otherwise excellent business hoping a particular employee isn't working. Customers avoid her... **Five stars for the store and the rest of the staff. One star for this employee.** I hope ownership addresses this because customers should feel welcomed and appreciated, not as though they're appearing before a judge simply to get a document notarized.

  Had to ship 13 boxes in three trips to the store. Sam and his coworkers were awesome!

  We have gone there for 2 years to get a notary. The young lady with glasses and her hair in a bun was so disrespectful, and nothing friendly about her!. Other customers came up to us saying sorry for the way she treated us! Maybe time for a change
