- CHCamry HarrisMay 8, 20261.0BEWARE !! This store is unprofessionally independently owned. The owners and employees are inexperienced and not trained on the policy and procedures of the business. I was sent home by an employee stating that I needed a driver license to mail a package that only contained a cellphone. The other employees and owner inside the store at the same time didn’t intervene in the incident. After I questioned several times why a driver license was required. After returning to the store with my driver license, the owner stated the driver license was not required. The owner was unapologetic and nonchalant about the incident . The owners lack effective communication skills when dealing with customers complaints.

The staff did not show patience and did not handle my items properly. Some of my products were not scanned correctly, and it resulted in missing items, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better care and attention, especially when trusting them with important shipments. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and poor service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on how my situation was handled.
