  If you are shipping expensive items please make sure you put insurance on it, or go elsewhere! Spent over $1000 dollars in a few days shipping items to another state. My items were 'lost" but really stollen. I had to contact the BBB to get most of my money back. 0/5 stars DON'T RECOMMEND!

  Seriously, BEST mailing store EVER. Superior service and kindness EVERY SINGLE TIME. My hubbie and I have been using this store for years and still I am blown away just showing up for a simple Amazon return I needed a little extra assistance with. I would drive extra past other UPS stores just to get to this one. 10 stars!

  I’ve supported this independently owned location for years, seeing it through ownership changes and a remodel, but I am officially taking my business elsewhere. On June 28th, I brought in an Amazon return, paid to print the label, and handed the package directly to a man I believe is the owner. It was never scanned into the system. When I finally reached someone by phone, the employee was completely unhelpful. I have since followed up multiple times via email, phone, and in person, but no one will respond to me. My package is lost, I am out a $37 refund, and the total lack of accountability is unacceptable.
