  Horrible location. Went in today to drop off ups package and they tried to charge me an outbound fee of 10 bucks. Will contact ups about this scam. Never even heard of it. But the store 2 blocks over didn’t. Dropped many packages off there and never even heard of that. We will be using a different location for now on. What a scam

  I have been exclusively using this location for 3 years. Nobody has ever been anything but kind to me as their customer. They are fast and efficient and helpful! Thank you!

  How can you be a UPS store and charge me $10 to “take the package downstairs” I literally BROUGHT IT UPSTAIRS. No wonder the kid was in the back cranking it and not sitting at the desk. Total joke of a business. Cancelling my UPS account.

  It’s disconcerting when the employee refers to Black people as “boss” and white people as “sir” or “mister”. UPS needs to do a better job of training their employees. Its always a safe bet to have your employees refer to every single customer the same way. And “sir” is usually safe. I am a highly professional and educated person, i am not your “boss” despite my skin color
