  Working with Rick Herrera was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Rick guided me through the purchase of the Rusty Moose Lodge Decor store with real professionalism and expertise. He was always available — whether I needed a quick phone call or a longer conversation to work through details — and his follow-up was consistently prompt and thorough. I never had to wonder where things stood. Beyond his knowledge of the process, Rick made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He's cheerful, funny, and easy to talk to, which made a big transaction feel a lot less stressful. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of competence with such a friendly, down-to-earth approach. If you're looking for a broker who will look out for your interests, keep you informed, and make the process actually fun, I can't recommend Rick highly enough!   Rick was great to work with on the buy side. Made sure the business was packaged properly and appropriately priced. He was a fair negotiator, representing both sides, throughout the deal, and even sourced lenders who’d pre-approved the business. Purchase process and transition was seamless and he made sure we were on great terms with the seller during and long after the deal had closed. Highly recommend working with him if you get the opportunity.

  Our broker, Rick Herrera, from Sunbelt of Kansas City, was absolutely fantastic to work with. It took a little longer than normal for our business to sell (do to the economy and the specific nature of our industry), but Rick never gave up! Every time a road block came up while working on closing a sell, Rick worked diligently to solve the problem. He is an outside the box thinker with a wealth of resources and knowledge, and he is the best cheer leader around. When my husband and I would begin to get frustrated, Rick was right there encouraging us, keeping our thoughts positive, and working to solve whatever stumbling block we were up against.
