I was a little confused about a return and she had no patience or understanding. I could tell she was extremely annoyed and ready to get me out of the store. I would expect Fed Ex to be better.

I had a live animal delivery waiting for me at the hub. When I walked in i said I have a delivery to pick up. Both girls were so happy I was there to get my snake outta there 😂 they were extremely polite, sweet and friendly. They had my baby ready to go and brought him to me in under a minute of walking in the door! I spent a few minutes talking to them and I just wanted them to be recognized for their amazing customer service skills! Thanks ladies! ~ Megan and Hank the snake 🐍
