  Bad employee attitude, lady there wanted to keep arguing over something I had already apologized for (told her the wrong city before giving her the right zip code, at that point I thought the zip code was going to correct the mistake I made but it didn’t and she got kind of mad when I pointed out what was my mistake and had already apologized for)

  I arrived at the store 10 minutes before closing time. A Black woman at the front helped me immediately; she wasn't particularly friendly, but she always treated me with respect. However, there was a white woman—assuming the manager, as she wasn't wearing a uniform—who seemed annoyed the moment she saw me. I didn't have my ID with me—I hadn't realized it was required just to send a few sheets of paper—so I called my husband, who was waiting in the car, to bring it over. The white woman was quite irritated by this; she warned me that my shipment had to be paid and ready to go before 6:00 PM, or they wouldn't send it. She was extremely rude; she pulled down the blinds and stood by the door, glaring and interfering in everything the cashier said to me. Everything happened very quickly, and I left before 6 p.m. I understand that is their quitting time, but I arrived during business hours, and being treated that way is unjustifiable; if they want to be home early, they simply shouldn't work.

  Went right when I got off and was in the store at 5:50 with a prepaid barcode to send Gfiber equipment back. The email said I was supposed to be given the packaging and return label but the girl (blonde with 5” fingernails and a lot of makeup) took my equipment and threw it up on a shelf with no packaging and then handed me my receipt. She was rude from the beginning of the interaction. I asked her if I could see her package it or me package it so that I know all of the equipment makes it in there and she said no they aren’t required to package it in front of me and that the last pickup already came today so it wouldn’t even be packaged until tomorrow. I asked her how I am supposed to trust that it all goes into the package and she said “if you wanted to make sure it was in the package then you should have packaged it yourself before you came.” She was SO RUDE. First of all.. my email said that I was supposed to be given the packaging and return label to package myself. Second.. learn some customer service skills. I spoke up and told her she was being rude and she told me no that’s just how it is so I told her she needs some customer service skills and then she told me as I was walking away not to come right when they close. You close at 6. I came before close. 5:55 is the time on the receipt. Not sorry that you were ready to run out of there before the store even closed for business. All of my equipment better make it back.

  Terrible service. Lady at the service desk told me that I needed to print my sheets off before she could laminate. Once I did then told me she wouldn’t do it. Had a horrible attitude the entire time. I would go anywhere else to get print work done.
