He also upsold me thicker paper to get a better product and it sadly was very thin poor paper still. I will not be using this store moving forward. To help management, I stood and waited to be greeted by the staff for a while as 2 employees bickered at an order and one employee showed pictures to another about their medical conditions. They just need to tighten up customer experience and track what they tell clients. The guy completely forgot about our conversation and lied to me multiple times about my order. Hope this helps make it better! Awesome location! Cheers guys!
