  Jessie is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Went above and BEYOND to assist regarding an oversized pick up at our business even though that's not the KC location's function.

  Jesse was the most helpful, genuine, and detail oriented person I’ve met (I work in customer service myself) from me calling 5 times before arriving with questions and concerns she reassured me, guided me, and did it all with patience and happiness. She is truly a special piece to this process and made my experience with DHL PERFECT. I don’t know if she’s a manager or what her role is, but I STRONGLY suggest you keep her in this company and do whatever it takes to make that happen. I will be using DHL simply because of Jesse’s help. Thank you Jesse for everything!
