  I had the most unprofessional experience at this location and the customer service of DHL. There was two identical packages (wedding clothes) shipped from one person to deliver on the same address. I told them the wedding is on the next day (Saturday) then they delivered one of the packages on the schedule day, which’s Friday. Then, I called the customer service in the morning and said we definitely deliver before 5 pm. However, there tracking system doesn’t show anything until 2:30pm. I frustrated that half wedding clothes are not available for Saturday? Again, I called them and said the tracking number doesn’t show out for delivery, can I know why then he said, we will probably deliver Tuesday cause we aren’t working weekends and Monday is a holiday. I said, the Wedding is Saturday. I immediately leave my work and drive to this location. The supervisor, is really unprofessional, he said you can sign and take it, No apology or no explanation why it’s not delivered together. NO TRUST and NOT RECOMMEND DHL for any fast service. I almost lost couple thousand dollars.

  This service sucks, how can one paid for expess shipping and shipment is be held in Kansas city but not delivered?? There is a reason one pay for express. This is the 4th time it has happened to me. I first thought it was other issues but knowing ur goods is near u and u can't get it to used it for the purpose it was shipped expressly, than I need to start looking into other services.

  Lied about attempting a delivery at my place of business, the tracking updated to say that they tried to deliver the the business was closed. We pulled the security camera footage and no vehicle, DHL or otherwise approached our business anywhere near the time they claim to have attempted the delivery. The alleged attempt was almost two full hours before our closing time, there were dozens of people here and the business was plainly, visibly open. What kind of fraudulent operation are you guys running here?

  Shamika at DHL was absolutely amazing. She went over and beyond to help me, was very friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. She’s a great person and a true asset to DHL.

  A pkg for Christmas left NC , by DHL Dec 18th. Arrived at Kansas city facility at 1:35 am Dec 19th. Its still sitting there. I told the Etsy shipper/ bysiness owner they need yo change shipping partbers. Its BS.
