  Worst company ever!! They received my item 2 weeks ago & it is STILL sitting in their warehouse. I tried calling 6 different numbers & finally got a hold of someone. Even then, they scheduled a delivery date which did not work for me. I declined it and then stated the days & times that'd work. Again, they didn't call me back or send another time slot request. It's absolutely ridiculous that this company is holding people's items hostage for multiple weeks.

  AIT is horrible they are the worst delivery service around, they lost my shipment from Costco could not find it, and then once they found it after they guaranteed a delivery date on their bill of lading, after multiple calls told me that they would contact me in the future to schedule a delivery date, completely incompetent, and have no sense of regard for fulfilling their contractual obligations

  The people at the Warehouse are very helpful... the team in Illinois and New Jersey who schedule and hire the contractors for drivers. TERRIBLE. Paid $200 for them to mark it at non deliverable twice. Took 3 weeks to get my delivery that the website said I would get it in one.

  I paid for delivery and assembly. The people delivered and did not assemble. Then I was out at the bottom of the list for assembly. I have filed a report with the BBB to get a refund as they did not do the job I paid for. If at all possible do not use this cinoany.
