- AAAngelJun 6, 20261.0I havent had any issues with service when going inside to do mail stuff. However when it comes to getting mail at my home it has been a pain. I have moved around a few times and I always have issues with getting my mail... but will constantly get previous tenants mail. And I will keep getting previous tenants mail the whole time im in my home. I have been in my current residence since October. I keep getting previous tenants mail especially I guess the very previous tenant. And no matter how many times I say send back he does not live here. I still get his mail even mail I write on saying he doesn't live here. I filled out the paperwork when moved in to state im only one in this residence etc and even speaking to manager.. im still getting this guy's and other previous tenants mail. It's really getting annoying!!! Because if I leave the mail in mail box like for the postal worker to pick it up... do they take it? NO... so every time I get mail that isn't mine I have to go to post office. But then I get it back again anyway. Like this is ridiculous! Again... when I go in to get stamps or send mail out etc I have no issues. The workers at front are very nice. Sometimes they're short staffed but that isn't their fault. Unlike the other post office in joplin the workers there can be rude, dont have that issue at this one. So far as the front goes I give A+ for them. Just wish I'd stop getting previous tenants mail and have no issues getting my own.
