I honestly feel so bad for the employees. I’m giving it a two star experience for the employees because they did try. But they are so understaffed and so overworked it’s hard for anyone to be very helpful and it’s not their fault.

This was the first time I did an Amazon return here. I was prepared for a long wait but I must have walked in at a good time. There was only one person in the return line. I got checked out quickly. The lady was nice. I could tell she had been working hard and had been a little stressed but she was very helpful to me and got me through fast. I did some back to school shopping and notice she got a line of 5 people. She got them through fast. Even faster than I got checked out since there was only one cashier. The cashier was also very nice. I do think there needed to be more people working because I had a line of 5 behind me but it looked like everyone working was doing their best!

Needed to use the Amazon returns here at staples. There was at least 10 people in line and only one person doing returns in the middle of the day at lunch time, there should be at least 2-3 people. I was waiting 25 minutes in line

Here’s my take on this Staples here in good ol Jefferson City… if you want to have a bad day go there and if your already having a bad day and want to make it worse just walk on in. Sending back a package has never made me want to actually walk off into traffic and if that’s what you’re looking for I found the place…. what a joke when people are literally coming there to pay for a service. Only 1 star because Staples in itself isn’t a hellhole but those people working there make it one.
