  Store manager Gwynn is incredible! Last month I had an issue where I had shipped packages in to meet me (“Hold at Location”) for a business trip to Jeff City. Last minute my trip was canceled and I was not going. Now I needed to get my packages back. I felt like I was going to have to travel there just to receive my packages and then ship them back. I called and Gwynn came up with a much better solution (for all) and made it happen. FedEx has typically been willing to help me out but not to the extent Gwynn went to. Today I am in Jefferson City. I stopped by on my way into town and picked up my packages. Gwynn was busy in a meeting and could not come out front to say hi. I stopped by a couple hours later. I wasn’t coming to town without personally thanking Gwynn. In this day and age when people just don’t get customer service, Gwynn truly gets it and she is showing her customers and employees every day! Thanks Gwynn!!!

  Amazing service. Gwynn went out of her way to help me out with my order. She is so kind and caring and genuinely cares about who she is helping. Printed several large posters and turned out beautifully. Always a great experience.

  Store manager Gwynn is amazing. She greeted me, was extremely helpful with my returns, and ran after me in the parking lot to make sure I had my receipt. Thanks for making my day with your friendly demeanor!

  After nearly a month of trying to get a refund for a late delivery, Cody and Gwen kept after the powers that be and my refund posted to my account today. Fantastic customer service at this location!
