- MMMaKayla MetzgerAug 1, 20261.0The guy is usually in when I come in is really good.. but this whole experience since coming to Holts Summit has been a nightmare. A post office box is supposed to be on auto-payments had plenty of money to cover my 3 month rate & USPS took it out of my account credit it back took it again credited back then took it again and then credited back to my account then closed my account for my post office box. My stay here is only a 6month span so I didn’t want to have to keep changing my mail around and around wanted it to be a smooth change till I got my permanent place around the state capital.

They are marking items as “Customer Requested Hold at Post Office,” even though no customer requested this service. USPS staff are citing a “safety issue” caused by their own driver, who struck another vehicle. Instead of addressing the carrier’s mistake through internal corrective action, the Post Office is withholding delivery from over 100 residents, punishing the public for an accident caused by a USPS employee.

- MMMeta MortisMay 9, 20241.0They always leave my mailbox open. I am the only one in my entire area that they do this too. I left them a note on the inside of my mailbox, saying to make sure the lid is closed for now, so they left it open again and left me a nasty passive aggressive reply back on the note. The person who left that reply should be fired so quickly for the amount of unprofessionalism that he displayed! The amount of time that that person wrote that reply, they could’ve closed the lid 20 times over. Absolutely ignorant and unprofessional!

I live in Virginia and I mailed a priority package to my father the Thursday before last and he lives on County Rd 391 in Holts summit . Tell me why it is his package sat in Columbia Missouri for so long? I have been tracking the package and finally today it updates that it was sent out for delivery in Holts summit. Obviously Columbia has a horrible processing location.
