The carrier and other staff were always friendly and helpful. But lately thngs seem to have gone south. I know it's been a hard couple of years and we're all stressed. But I'm 71 years old and my deliveries that come in boxes small enough to fit the box have been shoved into and wedged so tightly in the mail box I have a lot of trouble dislodging them. I don't understand why this has to happen. In fact, it may account for the reason our mailbox and post has been leaning backwards and we've had to fix it a couple of times. This is cruel behavior especially to senior citizens.
