- TPTosha ParsonSep 12, 20195.0I am a woman originally from Mayview Mo and I now live in Queens NY. So I sent a package home and it was a whole big problem. (which turned out to be my fault by the way) 😬 But the new postmaster in Higginsville came to my rescue and saved the day. Chuck thank you so much for sending the emails and getting my package to where it needs to be. Also to the young lady in the customer service call center that finally put in a investigation to get the call from Chuck. I was at such a high frustration level by the time I had spoke to both of them. I appreciate them listening and making some movement happen. I had previously spoken with at least six other people and had gotten nowhere. It is always wonderful when you find someone with great customer service. Thank you again. God speed and good luck on your new position.
