  Bought an electrolux washer dryer that contracted rxo for delivery and installation, took them a month to set up delivery and installation, the installation team didnt know it was stacked and couldn't set it up and they showed up hours after the provided delivery window, took another month for them to set up another installation, they said they would call the night before to provide an eta and never called. They had a service tracker link they sent at noon day of that said eta 3-8, then said in route at 1, changed eta at 6 to 6-8, never showed or called to say they weren't coming, showed as cancelled on the tracker at 845. Called multiple times over the course of a week, each time they put me on hold 20 mins then said they would get back to me later that day and never did. You will have to wait months, take multiple days off work and spend hours on the phone for 0 communication and no shows.

  Ordered a washer through Sam's and RXO was the delivery agent. Really tough experience with them. Was scheduled for a Friday delivery and my item arrived to them a week prior. Was supposed to receive a delivery window day before which I did not. Was provided a 12 hour delivery window 7am-7pm on the day of delivery. Was not notified until 530 they could be arriving as late as 730. then at 730 was notified they would not be making delivery. I contacted them Saturday when they are open and making deliveries and was told I would be next Thursday. After complaining and another phone call I was scheduled for Monday and delivery occurred, again without window provided day before. Wasted a whole day off work and missed a function in the evening Friday due to their poor scheduling! Only one star as delivery team was fast and professional.

  Playing games not delivering the refrigerator. Have rescheduled 3 times over 6 weeks. Can't reach them by phone it's Indian call centers that are useless. Will call fridgidare Monday and let them know. There a complete joke.
