It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, March 5, it wasn’t, then on Tuesday the 10th, it wasn’t, the 14th…no delivery, the 15th, you guessed it no show and then today the 17th, once again a no show! Communication was all on me, and their tracking service was laughable. Don’t use this company unless you want to spend multiple days setting up for their arrival and waiting for a no show. So much wasted time. How they are still in business is a mystery!

Second attempt (March 7) did not hear anything about a delivery window...called RXO Service. Delivery canceled - no explanation given and advised next week I will get an email to reschedule. Hope third time is a charm.
