    This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. There is clearly a lack of communication within the company and with customers. My item was scheduled for delivery and they bumped it ti a day when nobody would be here. I called to inform them and was told I would receive a call back. No call back 5 hours later so I call again. They still had it on the schedule for when I told them nobody would be here. Was told again they would reschedule it for the next day. Then on the day I had informed them that I could bit accept delivery I get a notification stating my item was out for delivery. I called again to let them know nit to deliver and to please deliver the follow day. A hour later I get another text stating I am the next stop. I call again. Same thing. An hour from that I get a call they are at my house to deliver my item! Of course nobody is there to accept. Later in the day I get a text stating they will contact me 24 to 48 hours later to reschedule. No call no text. I contact them again. Was told they could not schedule delivery until they received my item! Explained they have my item! Was told they need to still rescan it back into their system 2 days later. They then said they would not be able to deliver until almost a week later. That's today. Receive a text stating delivery will be between 3 and 7. Then receive a text they are running late and won't be here until 8:15 and 9:45 pm. Still waiting as I need the item we ordered just to get a text that they are not delivering and will contact me 24 to 48 hours later to reschedule. The saga continues as the office is now closed and I am still without the item I ordered. Needless to say avoid at all costs if at all possible as the people I have spoken with do not care that they do not meet the appointments and what inconvenience it may have caused. There are no apologies instead they act like you have inconvenienced them. Horrible!

    Do not ever use this company. Had I known that the install team would be so limited in their ability to do the actual installation, I would never have purchased from Home Depot in the first place. They simply did not have the ability to install in an older home without tearing things apart. If you have a new home, it might be okay. Of course if you have a new home, you don’t need to replace your appliances. I will be calling Lemke and Hoffman brothers next as I still don’t have a new refrigerator or dishwasher.

    Horrible company! LG has contracted with them to deliver their orders and not even LG can get ahold of them. They were supposed to deliver a refrigerator yesterday and now they are telling me the next available delivery date is over 2 weeks from now!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable. I spoke with an RXO supervisor on the phone earlier who also could not get ahold of anyone at this local St. Louis location and she was supposed to follow up with me within 30 minutes. 3 hours later and I’ve not heard back. Zero stars if it was an option! Save your time, money, and sanity and avoid this company AND LG

    ZERO STARS! This company is a complete joke! We moved into a new house & had our washer & dryer scheduled for delivery on the day we moved in. The driver marked the delivery as: Home Inaccessible. Our home is a new build so GPS will sometimes take you to the next street over. We have had 14 other people (movers, organizers, appliance deliveries) at our house before this driver & they were all able to find the address by either calling the number on the account & asking for directions or using a small amount of critical thinking skills & finding it on their own. When calling the company to reschedule, you wait on hold for 45mins-an hour & no one actually does anything. They kept telling us that we had to wait 24-48 hours for the appliances to be rescanned into the system at the warehouse before we could reschedule. No one felt it necessary to expedite this process for their driver’s incompetence. We finally got the next available delivery date which is 18 days after the original date. Our family has been sleeping on couches since moving in because we don’t have a washer & dryer to clean our bedding & I have no clue what we will do for laundering clothes for 18 days. I guess they expect me to be inconvenienced because their driver didn’t have 2 brain cells to rub together. DON’T EVER ORDER LG APPLIANCES! ORDER GE, their delivery company & each team that has been to our house have been 5 stars!

    We’ve been waiting over two months for our washer and dryer due to a backordered part. Once the appliances were finally shipped to RXO, the communication and delivery process has been a complete mess!! We received a text with a delivery date that had already passed. Then someone called to schedule delivery but said the appliances weren’t in the warehouse yet so she was a little confused. After contacting the appliance manufacturer ourselves, we learned they had already in fact been delivered to RXO, they just hadn’t been scanned in yet! We finally got a delivery date scheduled, took time out of our day to be home, and they never showed up. The delivery window changed multiple times throughout the day. We received updates saying they were coming, then the app showed they were only two stops away, yet they still never arrived. No phone call, no text, and no explanation. I’ve called multiple times trying to get answers and nobody seems able to tell me what happened or when they will be delivered. It’s beyond frustrating when we scheduled our contractors to disconnect and replumb everything to prepare for our install. And now we are without a washer and dryer with no insight on when we will get our delivery. The lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. If you’re buying appliances, I would strongly suggest asking who handles their deliveries. If it’s RXO, I’d consider going with someone else.
