  I missed a package that needed a signature. When I went to pick it up from DHL the driver wasn’t back yet. Andrew, at the counter, told me to try back right before closing. When I came back, the driver still hadn’t made it back, but was on his way. Andrew asked if I could wait a little longer and I did. When the driver arrived, Andrew brought the package out to my car. Any other company would’ve told me to just try the next day, but Andrew went above and beyond for me and I will always remember that.

  Andrew was super patient and helpful with handling packages. He took care of repackaging to make sure my packages were safe and secured for shipping. He made sure that my packages were really taken care of ✅ Amazing customer service and great detailing for the work! 👏👏👏👏 Other staff were also helpful and friendly 👍👍 I am definitely coming back again to send my packages!
