  Absolutely unacceptable service. DHL driver marked my package as delivered even though it was never left in my building's package room. My package was suppose to be signed for before being left and the tracking showed that someone signed for the package, but that someone wasn’t me and because of that my package was stolen. That is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the accuracy of DHL's delivery process. When you trust a shipping company with your purchase, you expect your package to be delivered to the correct location and for the delivery information to be truthful. Instead, I was left without my package and with no clear answers. The lack of accountability and urgency in resolving this issue has been incredibly frustrating. After calling customer service three times nobody could explain to me why my package was signed for not by me and why my package was not left in the package room. I expected far better from a global shipping company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DHL. If you are shipping something important or expensive, be aware that if something goes wrong, you could be left without your package and struggling to get a satisfactory resolution. I have filed a police report and request that my building look at the camera footage.

  This is the absolute BEST DHL location!!!!! They are always friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful!!!! This location is always my choice for shipping!
