Refused to give me my package because he had to "look for it".The clerk didn't care that my package was over a week late.He let me know that "Ill get it when I get it".Unacceptable!

It is readily apparent our postmaster doesn't care. This package box has been in this condition since last winter. Two in-person complaints have obviously fallen on deaf ears.

HUGE RAVE-to Roban at the Harrisonville post office. She’s new to our office, transferred here from kc I believe she said. Back story, my mailbox key was stolen over a month ago and even though I brought in my police report and did everything right, the locks are “on back order” so I have to have my mail on hold at the post office now and go there periodically to pick up. Yesterday, I had a package which was very important-my eye contacts- say it was delivered at 11:39 in or at my mailbox. So, at 11:50 I head up to the post office to figure out why it would’ve been delivered there. I get told that he will have to contact my carrier and have them bring it back to the post office. So today I go in to pick it up and no one knows what I’m talking about. I will admit, I was extremely frustrated. This has been going on for a month and it should not have gone to my box in the first place. After investigating and not being able to figure it out, Roban offers to follow me to my box and open it for me with the master key to see if it’s in there. WOW! Was not expecting that. She followed me and lo and behold, it was in there ALONG WITH other mail that should NOT have been delivered (and thankfully hadn’t been taken yet by the person that has the key) I would say this was definitely above and beyond!!! So, thank you so much Roban!!! -and yes, I did apologize and tell her how much I appreciated it.

Just about every other month we get someone else's mail in our PO Box. I wonder who's getting our mail. So disappointed that paid employees can't do the simple act as to sorting mail.

They apparently don't answer the phone during business hours. I let the phone ring from 13:54 to 13:57. That's a lot of ringing for no answer.
