- JSJohn SuttonJun 20, 20261.04th Package ive ordered at my address on the golf course. Nice big driveway. And the lady always marks the packages as cannot deliver. Cause she doesn't wanna walk up the driveway. Every single time.
- BABrooke AnnMay 30, 20261.0Literally the worst Postal Service I've ever experienced in my life. There is always some reason for why deliveries can't be attempted and then there have been times where they will say they “attempted to deliver” but actually didn’t attempted. Today I was waiting at my mailbox watching the mail lady “deliver” the packages, knowing that I had a package that was out for delivery instead she sat in the car & was reaching to back seat attempting to reach packages that she couldn't reach. She needed to get out of the car open the trunk and search through packages instead of doing that she literally peeled out and left and then later my notification got updated, saying she attempted to deliver, but there was an issue. It's a terrible quality of work. This isn't just one occurrence it happens all the time numerous times a month.

The clerks get smart with you and take their time with assisting you. Got there at 8AM to pick up a package and waited almost an hour for them to find it. I can't wait to move out of this area simply to get away from this post office. After waiting almost an hour the post office delivery women got smart and told us that she will not deliver our mail. What gives her the right to choose who she delivers to? So after sitting around waiting at 854 am we got the package. Absolutely ridiculous and people here at this location should be fired. This involves the carrier for Brooks Drive in Gravois Mills. Since living here over 3 years we know that packages do not get delivered. We are required to pick them up. This mistreatment of people is why the post offices are closing. This one should also be closed.
