Me, my husband, and our 5 month old baby went in at 9:40am for a 9:45am passport appointment with all requirements in hand. Came to the counter when called at 9:44am. Was asked what I need, and said I have a 9:45 passport appt. Lady started rolling/flickering her eyes and had a big breath. Said she is going to cancel our appt bc I was "not prepared." Yelled across the counter about needing a black pen. Threw her hands up said "im done" and walked out the back. Two other employees ignored this outburst and us. We left at 9:46am. Went to a different USPS for a normal experience.
