  Used this location for awhile now and always a great experience. Duba was great and asked me to leave this review for him . . . Love the friendliness and going into a place where the employees actually enjoy their job . . . Or at least appear to! Makes the customers experience so much better. Thank you Duba and all the other employees.

  Sara is the best. I needed my package reboxed and she did a great job. She understood me about being anxious about the father's day gifts. She was very kind and sweet. I would have no problem going back to the store and using their services again as long as Sara assisted me.

  BALA IS THEEEE BEST!! love the staff at this location, 10/10 definitely recommended!! Very professional and kind to all who enter store. BALA brings compassion, concern, empathy and has conversations with patrons as though he’s never met a stranger. BALA is particularly special to me as we shared information regarding a personal health condition. He suggested a healthcare provider that has changed my life.   The entire staff are pleasant and very helpful. Jacob and Sara are the most helpful associates that we have had the pleasure of doing business with.   My first time in since ownership changed. Not enough staff(all old staff gone)usually always at least 4 employees now only 2 that day and none Caucasian. One person service the other on phone taking a printing order and trying to help customers (very poor people skills). 5 people in line. I was doing Amazon returns he scanned my QR code on my phone then re-bagged my product without scanning the product label which they always did before so I asked if he scanned it and why they now rebag . He got short with me said if I didn't trust him to do the return they had a kiosk do it yourself Amazon return station and walked off. I just wanted to know why the process was different .then he continues to say he could be doing something making more money than he makes working here. I said then why don't you. He said because he really doesn't like to work!! I'm going to have to find some where else for my business. This place headed down quick.
