  When I tell you, this is the second time I’ve been in and it’s never getting better but this guy that helped me today once again almost 4 weeks later very unprofessional not good. Customer service forced you to buy product. You don’t need and I told him when I go to Raytown or 103rd state line I never have this type of service there and his word is always just go there, but I shouldn’t have to go to another location if there’s one close to my house, but he had about two other people walk out of line just because of his unprofessionalism and his customer service. Someone really needs to work on him, but I’m not sure if he’s the manager owner but his customer service is horrible for him to be working there. He acts like she discriminating against you or he don’t wanna deal with you not sure but he scares me when I go in there now I just know when I’m in his next in line if I get him, my transaction never goes smooth

  I had a great experience at the UPS store in Grandview! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Duba was especially helpful—he was friendly, patient, and made returning my Amazon package quick and easy. I really appreciated how smooth he made the whole process. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future shipping or return needs. Highly recommend this location!

  Duba the great guy here, nice kind and friendly. His entire team is great. Sara is above and beyond Jacob is chill like a beer in bar who makes all the efforts for customers satisfaction. This place offers unbeatable prices — large blueprint printing for just $5. On top of that, the team is very friendly, professional, nice and kind, always ready to help. Fast service, great quality, and amazing people. I highly recommend this place for all your printing needs!

  I went a bit ago to drop off some returns and the employee with the ponytail started being very rude, he was just grabbing the things and complaining that TikTok didn’t pay him for the return or that the customers didn’t pay him for the returns all because I said the some returns were going together and because of all the QR codes I had he started complaining about everything
