I hope service here gets better. So far, it hasn't been very good. They've been closed during business hours before, and the metal rolling door has been closed multiple times as well... When that happens, I was told you have to knock on the door to get them to come help you? But there has been at least once, when no one was even there... This is a federal building/service, so being closed during hours isn't ok. They've also now cut back their business hours even more from what they were before. I drop off orders for my business multiple times/week, & one time they didn't even get sent out until the next day, even though I brought them while they were open. With these issues, l've had to drive an extra 26 miles (round trip) to Harrisonville to ship my packages more & more lately, which is extra time & money, and very frustrating. In addition, one of the employees at the Freeman location with long dark hair was SUPER kind, & I loved her. She was so friendly & helpful! I think she may have been temporary though, because I've only seen her there a couple of times. But the other employee who's usually there, honestly just seems annoyed & inconvenienced, whenever I come in. Sometimes she doesn't come to the counter, even though I can see her in her seat on the other side of the wall through the mirror. When she has come to the counter, I don't think she's ever said hello, and only sometimes has she said a quick thank you as I hand her the packages, even though I've tried my best to be kind and friendly... One time when I asked her about a passport, she acted like I was just dumb for not knowing I'd have to go to the Harrisonville P.O. instead, since Freeman isn't a computerized P.O. (even though they had passport signs up in their window). I don't like leaving negative reviews, but things really need to improve, & I think that's unfortunately obvious by the majority of the other reviews left here, too.

My package showed delivered in my mail box. It was not. They told me to call Harrisonville, why would i call there if it was shown delivered in Freeman? The carrier obviously delivered to the wrong address. I just lost money for a package delivered to someone else👺😡

The woman who works behind the counter is the most disrespectful unhappy woman I have ever encountered. If you hate your extremely laid back/easy job that much, I’m not sure what would suit you better. Horrible horrible horrible service. I shouldn’t feel like I’m bothering her when I’m literally just asking for my parcel. Next, please.
