- GPGabrielle PerkinsMay 2, 20262.0Phoebe is the only positive thing I can say about this location. I have a PO Box here and they constantly have huge amounts of latex balloons here (more often than not), I can't even enter the building due to being airborne anaphalactic to latex .. I have to have someone else fetch my mail for me and clean my mail to prevent an allergic reaction. This has been brought to staff attention multiple times but this is ridiculous.
