    I had my wedding band lost - or more likely stolen - by this office. My ring required a signature for delivery and I missed their attempt. I took the note and immediately requested redelivery as I was expecting a few packages at the time and wasn’t sure which of the packages I had missed. That same week I got one of my packages and assumed it was settled. I hadn’t had an update from our jeweler for my ring so I reached out last week to confirm tracking and lo and behold, it was that missed package almost two months prior. I looked up the tracking and its last update was “customer requested redelivery”. It was never redelivered. My fiancé went by the office last week and they told him it must have been sent back despite the tracking and that they don’t keep records that old - mind you, this was barely 2 months ago. I opened and investigation with the office with the jeweler. Got a call from Rhonda on Friday saying my package was at the post office after looking into the investigation. Fiancé went back today on lunch and they didn’t have it. Rhonda said she would “do better next time” and admitted the package must be lost… This is insane to me. A VERY expensive ring is just lost because they didn’t do their most basic job, and after seeing other reviews where items went missing, I can only assume someone at this office is stealing packages, my ring included. BEWARE this post office.

    CLOSE IT DOWN CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD BE A LOT BETTER NO SMILES OR NOTHING THEY LOOK LIKE IM READY TO GO THE POST OFFICE IS PITIFUL NOW IVE HAD LOST MAIL I NEVER GOT AND EVERYTHING POOR EVERYTHING

    The mail person said they attempted to deliver but couldn't due to my dogs. My dogs were inside the house the entire time they said they attempted to deliver. What a joke

    I have only used this location for shipping so my review is going to be solely based on that. So, this location has a (self service) shipping kiosk which I absolutely love. Have you ever wanted to ship something out but there's a line longer than a CVS receipt and you're on a tight schedule? Yeah, me too. Well, the kiosk is perfect for those kind of customers. You already have everything taped up and ready to go, you just need a shipping label but there's a customer trying to get a passport, fill out a hold mail slip, and complain about getting her mail late simultaneously. Welp, with the kiosk you can bypass all of that. Print out your label, slap it on your parcel, and drop it off at the front counter or just slid it into the drop box right next to the kiosk (if it fits) and go about your day. This thing has saved me tons of time especially when I walk in and see 6 people in line and two clerks working the front.
