  I was waiting for my new phone to arrive, signed for the package and everything but upon opening the box the iphones were missing and I noticed the box had been tampered with. I filed a claim with T-Mobile and the police. But they really just brushed me off. I'll never trust ups again

  I was assisted by a very pleasant young man named Dillon today. Thank you for your kindness sir. Today was a tough one for me but your willingness to assist and your delightful smile made me smile. Keep doing a great job even when you're tired.

  The level of customer service that I received from a gentleman who was the manager, Jamie, was beyond excellent! Unfortunately, an item that I had shipped from that location to my son who is in the Marine Corps was misplaced during the past recent Holidays. Since my son was unable to come home for the Holidays, the package contained both gifts for his birthday and also Christmas. The manager, Jamie, was exceptionally helpful. I feel 100% confident that this UPS Store was NOT involved or responsible for this error of loss, and I really do believe this happened well after this package was out of their hands. Jamie continued to track the package for me and actually reached out to me with the status at a later date. He ensured that this situation was handled properly, although it was not his fault. I am extremely appreciative and very impressed with his professionalism, and politeness. Jamie sets an excellent example because you can also see that same great attitude and commitment in his staff. Thank you for handling this situation so well and for showing such care and commitment!
