  Ever time I got to this store it sucks and I never accomplish anything. Why do we have a slow line people deep at a flipping ups store? Y’all including a free taco or something? I think I counted 6 employees and 2 open working registers and one tied up with a mad customer and 2 people dealing with that… one dude packing stuff up ..line getting longer and longer and not much sense of urgency. It was like everyone stopped to watch the lady mad about her wedding invites. Way too unorganized and expensive to wait in line to get robbed lol

  All the staff were extremely helpful, and polite while helping me with some unexpected issues with a return package. They took customer service to the next level. At the Festus location. I can not express enough gratitude. You guys are awesome.

  Unfortunately, ever since the new management took over this location, the printing service has been abysmal—and it seems to be getting worse all the time. The manager and her staff lack both coordination and professionalism; in fact, every time I went in to check on updates for my menus, I was assisted by a different person who had absolutely no clue about the project. The manager knew I was there to pick up my menus, yet she ignored me. Meanwhile, the young woman in charge of design—upon seeing that I had arrived—went to hide in the break room. I thought she would eventually return, but she didn't; after five minutes, no one had reappeared, as they knew they had let me down with their work once again and were simply trying to avoid facing me. After 15 years as a customer, I am leaving disappointed; I tried to be patient, but my patience has finally run out Done😭

  So I called this place all the time to make sure my package is there. I call Kristen answer the phone and tells me she can’t tell me if my package is there or not. She needs to see my ID when they’re going to ask for my ID before they give it to me whenever I get there, which makes no sense. Never had that done to me before and then she got an attitude when I told her nobody’s ever asked me for my ID over the phone.
