  yesterday, I used the Fenton location and was literally screamed at to use the kiosk and do it myself. This is not the first time the staff has been rude to a line of people. I was under the impression that Amazon returns were part of their job, not mine. None of the other locations I have been to act like this. She could have politely told the line that there was a kiosk in back if anyone wanted to use it but instead she was rude to the point the whole store got quiet.

  They are wonderful. I return Amazon items here. They are kind and respectful. They take care of customers quickly. I also do a lot of color printing here. They are easy to work with and the printing is quality. It is always done quickly.

  Consistently polite, professional, and efficient. Employees seem to enjoy their job and also working with the public! A vastly different experience than when going to most local post offices.

  I went the this UPS store this past Monday to mail 2 packages. The cost for one package was over 60 dollars. I told the guy at the counter the package was fragile. He said he would put a note on it that it was fragile when it shipped out. He DID NOT put any fragile notification on the box. It arrived to its destination with a big hole in the side of the box. I called the UPS store today and left a message for the manager that never called me back. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN. I thought they took better care of packages than the usps. Apparently I was wrong. And for the price I was extremely shocked it arrived damaged. VERY DISGUSTED!
