  I am so disappointed in Panera. I know the early 2020s were rough on a lot of businesses, but Panera decision makers seemed determined to run it into the ground. What happened to the charming neighborhood bakery with lines out the door every day at lunch? I worked at my local Panera then, when we had a fully-stocked bread wall and hot coffee all day. I loved that Panera, years before it became fashionable, decided to improve the quality of ingredients to appeal to health-conscious consumers. Now, I don't know what they're thinking, but not only are portions pathetically small, some items just don't taste as good (yet prices are as high as ever). I confirmed today that the recipe for the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad dressing has changed - the weird aftertaste is not an improvement. It feels like they're trying to sneak in cheaper, lower-quality food and hoping we won't notice. Once upon a time, Panera met the need for customizable combos in a cozy environment. Now, every one I go to is dirty, like they don't have anyone working the dining room. I really don't appreciate the high chairs being caked with gunk after all the effort I put in scrubbing literally every surface back in the day. I guess Panera is trying to do with less staff, but it just makes it feel less welcoming and confortable. What happened to being an "everyday oasis"? Panera's current owners must not care about the original mission of becoming a valued part of each community. It's sad, but I may just have to give up on Panera.

  I have loved going to Panera’s ever since it’s been in my area! It’s a relaxing place for me and the food is always good. But, I’m extremely disappointed that they have now taken away the Avocado toast!! Please bring it back!

  I ordered something through the drive thru today. I did not get what I ordered and had already gone back to my store as I was on dinner. When I called the store it took 7 phone calls to get the manager who then ARGUED with me that I didn't order what I said I did and HUNG UP ON ME. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE. DO BETTER.

  Panera Bread has a racist working for them in Durham North Carolina making fun of a high school kid that was stabbed to death. What a terrible annd vile employee you have representing your company.

  I’m very impressed with Panera’s customer service. These days, many companies have customers deal with AI or automated responses, but Panera had a real person respond to my email quickly and genuinely help resolve my issue. That personal service made a big difference and was truly appreciated. I also love that Panera offers food that feels much healthier and fresher than typical fast-food options. Great food and excellent customer service—thank you, Panera!
