  I experienced a rude employee at the Elmhurst, il location on 5/9/2026. My 4 cheese soufflés were obviously burnt when I brought them home after picking up from phone order. I returned yo the store and he treated me as if they were fine but finally agreed to give me a refund and discarded the Burnt Soufflés but not before giving me a speech belittling me! I order the 4 cheese soufflés often but I will be questioning that now!

  Been an employee for 3 years and they only care about money gonna launched the energy drinks and make employees pay without us it wouldn’t be a Panera bread

  I’m at Lubbock location on loop 289 and I just got put out by a Gm for not being a guest? Make it make sense. I don’t want her apology or credits. I just want someone to know that I’m hurt because I’m an old employee and a loyal family member of Panera bread.

  Ii have gone to kingstowne, va panera since its opening. I have no complaints about any of the food. My only disappointment is when they come out with something new that I love and they run out SO EARLY IN THE DAY, I can never get them. My new favorite is the asiago crescents. By 11 today, I was told they were gone by 10. My previous disappointment was the regular sized chocolate crescents which they haven't carried for st least 3 years. The square ones are smaller and not the same. Can you extend the time baking asiago crescents later so they are available at least by dinnertime? Also, I would love to see the normal sized chocolate crescents they used to have. Noticed smoothies are in smaller cups.

  I am seeing a lot of the espresso machine going down at the store on 71st at 101st E Ave in Tulsa. How can I spend my money if the machine is always broke down? I don’t want to go to Sonic, but I will if this machine won’t be changed. Buy a new one Panera can afford it and you’ll make more money if it’s always working, because your loosing money with it being down all the time!
