  I’m very impressed with Panera’s customer service. These days, many companies have customers deal with AI or automated responses, but Panera had a real person respond to my email quickly and genuinely help resolve my issue. That personal service made a big difference and was truly appreciated. I also love that Panera offers food that feels much healthier and fresher than typical fast-food options. Great food and excellent customer service—thank you, Panera!

  Went thru drive up in Bridgeton on the Rock road, window was filthy, I mean discusting. It only takes a minute to clean nasty just nasty

  Look i love panera's food. I didn't stop going when they changed the name from st Louis bread co. Or when they took the pumpkin muffin tops away. But now you guys are moving headquarters? Alright if that's how it is. St Louis is a unique culinary environment. And your leaving that behind and a lot of upset customers.

  I ordered a turkey and cheddar sandwich with no turkey and tobadd extra cheese, instead they added extra turkey and as I was eating didnt realize until almost done with one half that there was meat on it. I dont eat meat and now just sick inside. The people taking your order should pay close attention to detail because they can cause health issues as it took me a ling time to finally stop eating meat for my health concerns. Im really disappointed and will never eat there again. The person who said they were the manager said her name was cat and wouldn't give me a last name. I asked for a corporate number and she said they didn't have a corporate office. She didn't seem to care at all about my poor experience. This was today Sunday before 5pm and I dont know if she was the manager who could resolve this matter. I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau.

  Went to Panera Bread at the Tanglewood location in Roanoke Va on 7/18/26. Went through the drive through and waited 10 minutes before our order was taken and we had to ask if they were open before anyone acknowledged us. Went to the window, waited for another 10 minutes white two other cars pulled off and a young lady finally came to the window and asked if we were waiting for the mango smoothies. We finally got something that was definitely not a smoothie, went home and added more milk and ice and put in a blender to thicken it up like a smoothie. It was the consistency of a mango drink. Very disappointed, what has happened to Panera???
