- BHBrian HumphreyJul 29, 20201.0The mail service has went down hill terribly, Had a change in mail carriers, there would be several days I had mail to be picked up and watch our street get skipped. I've watched him switch from mail truck to personal vehicle. I've called to complain or ask about mail and every employee I've talked to has been rude. I ask about our mail carrier and was told my official carrier was a woman only because I said a younger guy is delivery our mail. The answer I got about my mail not being picked up was if they don't see it, then they aren't responsible. Hello how can you see it if they don't drive down your street. Also I haven't got an answer about mail carriers and I assume mail carriers make their own schedule? My mail was delivered by 10 everyday never fail now my mail (if I don't get skipped that day) anywhere from 11 up until 5pm. Also I've picked up mail that was dropped in someone's yard and gave it to the bagless mail man (officially) mail woman. Something needs done ! Please !
