  From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.

  Amazing customer service. I use this UPS location frequently and the people who work there are always incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend going to this location, especially if you are new to shipping things and feel intimidated because their staff will make you feel very comfortable. I wish customer service like existed everywhere.

  I came here for an enlarge printing service that other UPS store didn’t have. The owner was very sweet, efficient and accommodating. She was able to get the printing service done within 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

  Before arriving at the store I called at about 4:35 and ask if the notary was on site. The person I spoke to wasn't notary and stated she would be there till 5:00 p.m. I arrived at the store by 5:50 p.m. there was a grumpy old female worker at the front counter. I told her I was there to get something notarized. She ask me if she thinks I could get something done in 10 minutes time stating that the notary was no longer available. The notary female who I did not get her name came from the back and said that I had called and happily assisted me with notarizing what I needed. In addition I also needed several passport photos taken. I would have given this a five-star if I did not encounter the negativity and lack of profession customer service from the older female when I first entered. However the young lady who did the notary and took my passport pictures should be commended for her professionalism and customer service skills. Her patience and job knowledge should be commended.
