Immediately as you enter their office you are welcomed with bright colors and a sense of energy and excitement. I know, sounds unusual compared to the typical attorney or medical office vibe right? As a 25 year licensed Broker/Sales Assoc., I have never seen anything like it! The atmosphere reflects exactly the personality of their "Captain," Leslie Steinlage-Trice and her amazing team. You are invited to a tour. Each office reflects the chosen decor of each individual that is also complementary to this high energy work space. Speaking of work space, Leslie rents an additional office space available through the hallway in this beautiful Creve Coeur office building that she makes available for her Realtors to meet with clients or simply a soft place to land at any time to catch up with their work or just relax. Legacy Title has 2 other locations Florissant, St. Louis, Mo. and another in Kansas City Mo. to serve their clientele. Kim, Blake, Deena, Skye,Mariah, Trinidi are not only the power house that serves as processors and closers, that along with her husband Eric they are "Family." It is absolutely incredible that this relatively new start up company based on Leslie's decades of experience has become a self made "Empire" that completes over 700 transactions annually with 3 locations and only a total of 8 employees can yet create such an exciting atmosphere where the people are actually happy?!!
