The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. The owner specifically helped us navigate a difficult situation when we shipped a large cumbersome freight package through a irresponsible third party company. The owner was with us ever step of the process and we could not have done it without them. Always very responsive to inquiries.

The staff at the nifong location are always so friendly and efficient. If I have the choice I won’t go anywhere else for mailing/shipping or amazon returns.

Don't go here for printing, it's $0.71 per side for black and white copies. The Daniel Boone Public Library is only $0.10 cents per side, lol. Lovely people, atrocious pricing. Helpful employees don't make up for greedy ownership.

I use your establishment to send packages when I have packages to send. I chose this particular UPS for a number of reasons, friendly service, close to my residence, and especially the reliability of my packages being delivered. However, today when I went in, I experienced poor customer service for the first time. 🤷‍♀️ I was up next, the young attendant (tall male) ask if I were dropping off or sending,I stated sending and upon stating that, he literally said nothing more to me and started attending to other customers behind me 😡 at the point of him attending to the 2nd customer behind me, I casually moved over to another attendant who was servicing 2 customers at the time. I waited again, and this attendant (shorter male) was kind, courteous while waiting on me. Here's the thing, I pay too. I could have made a huge deal over this incident but I chose to stay calm. Check your cameras, they won't lie and please please train the young man proper procedure when attending to customers, train him not to dismiss people when they state they are sending packages AND PAYING FOR SHIPPING!!
