  I tried dropping off a package here today (Saturday) and everything online and on door says open at 930 and closed at noon on Saturdays. But I was there at 1030 and so were multiple people only to be met with locked door. Bad management.

  Worthless. My daughter's seizure medications have been delayed because they don't want to drive to hand us the overnight delivery we paid for.

  This location and the St. Louis location are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. I work in a business where is very important that I get packages on time. And especially when I pay extra to do so. I paid priority shipping on a package that I was to pick up at 9:30 this morning to make sure I would have an order for a wedding that is today. It was being shipped out of the St. Louis fedex hub to this one. To my surprise I come in to pick it up and they don’t have it, and I would like to mention again I paid extra to have it be there. It’s still at the St. Louis location. Now I have to explain to this bride and groom that their reorders are late. The worst part about this experience and that no one at the fedex location cares, if fact you know what this lady tells me ? That if I want it here faster that I can pay an extra fee. I’m sorry. I already PAID the extra fee for it to be here TODAY. She basically shrugs saying that’s all she can do. Now I’m having to have someone from my company in St. Louis drive up here to get me these reorders so that this bride and grooms wedding day is ruined.

  Hours have shifted: Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday - 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM And notice for future: Facility will be closing August 31st, 2026
