  U get an automated line that hangs up on you after you pay $100 for a 1 day shipping label they don’t even send out the next day

  I usually don’t leave negative feedback, I order some parts and I pay for 2nd day delivery, standing at my front door observing the downpour, FedEx driver pull in front my house and left and he had the audacity to post a picture that no even looks like my house saying he attempted delivery! Total liar , unprofessional, his lack of getting off the truck has cost me money . I would like my refund that I paid the shipper. Oh I forgot I drove to the Columbia facility and there were other 3 customers there and facility had close at 6:30pm !!!!
