I had a box with a prior shipping label on it and she put the new label right over it and said no problem. ERIC at the nearby 63017 Chesterfield MO location would not help me so I had to leave that post offixe and come to this one.
- PSPamela SmithJul 20, 20264.0I was there 1 hour before closing. Only 1 person working in front and I was the 4th person in line. Had to wait about 20 mins to pickup my package. The lady working was nice and everything went smooth. It just a shame that all establishments cut down on workers and make people wait!!
- GGgemcan54Jul 18, 20261.0Fix your automatic doors so they open. A person with a child or several packages cannot safely enter or exit without manually pushing the door. A handicap person also has to take extra effort to open the exterior doors.

- GKGOVINDA KHANALMay 28, 20261.0Worse usps location I have ever been. This facility lost my license coming after renewal. IOften asked, I got replied that there is no way of telling where it went. I think delivery person from this location just throws away mails instead of delivering them. I got email from informed delivery for another mail that my friend sent me (attached picture) but it is never delivered to my mailbox. Second is i went in this facility to ship my phone as a gift to my friend and man working there didnt even gave me any options, how i wanted to ship it. I told him this is important and i need it delivered with in 5 days. He put me on ground advantage anyway. And he is about to complete. I asked him is there option to add insurance in case it is lost or damaged then he said yes and added that. Very unprofessional. Felt like he is there just to accept salary rather than work.
