- APAnnie PerezJun 29, 20264.0Great, friendly service. I just really wish you guys would get your front entrance/exit doors working. Since they are "auto/powered" doors but not functioning, they are very difficult to push open. I hope there is a plan to fix it.
- GKGOVINDA KHANALMay 28, 20261.0Worse usps location I have ever been. This facility lost my license coming after renewal. IOften asked, I got replied that there is no way of telling where it went. I think delivery person from this location just throws away mails instead of delivering them. I got email from informed delivery for another mail that my friend sent me (attached picture) but it is never delivered to my mailbox. Second is i went in this facility to ship my phone as a gift to my friend and man working there didnt even gave me any options, how i wanted to ship it. I told him this is important and i need it delivered with in 5 days. He put me on ground advantage anyway. And he is about to complete. I asked him is there option to add insurance in case it is lost or damaged then he said yes and added that. Very unprofessional. Felt like he is there just to accept salary rather than work.

Our carrier is constantly delivering mail with the wrong address to our house (as if they aren't even checking the address to begin with). They also keep leaving important mail from previous tenants after we've reported multiple times that those people no longer live here. I've only been to the actual building once, and the workers were sitting and chatting about someone who they were betting was "going to get canned".
