  They do a great job in getting packages mailed out. I have used them to pack and ship fragile items and it was a great experience.

  I have been going to this UPS for years. Normally the owner, Kyle, is there and so kind. June 3rd I brought in an Amazon return. Normally they scan the return and pack it up and send it back to Amazon. This one I must have selected print label at home. I apologized and said I would go home and print it and come back. Kyle says to just email him the label and he will print it. I paid for him to print the label and he applies the label and condescendingly tells me to take it to USPS and drop it off there as it's not a UPS label. I felt like such an idiot not realizing it was the wrong place. A few weeks go by and I checked Amazon for my refund which was not applied. The label was for UPS. I checked my sent emails to see what I sent to UPS. I sent the correct UPS label. I go into UPS and explained what happened very calmly to Kyle. He just shakes his head saying I don't know what you want me to do about it and asks did I hand it to the post office representative? I said no and that's not the point. They did their job mailing it but I don't know where they mailed it since I don't know what the label said. Kyle again just says I don't know what you want me to do about this. I said I want you to take responsibility as you printed the label and you applied the label for USPS when I sent you a label for UPS. I think you should reimburse me for the return. He asks me how much is it for. I said it's not that much it was $22. It's more the priniple of making it right. He gets angry storms over to the cash register and says I will split it with you and hands me $11. I am just shocked at his behavior. On the 3rd he was disrespectful and condescending and told he was just plain rude and never once owned up to his mistake or apologized to me.

  The UPS @ Lamp & Lantern consistently provides me with excellent service! Every time I’ve used their services they are polite, professional & efficient! Today, we asked their manager, Charlie DeWalde, to perform multiple tasks for us: he emailed, faxed & overnighted some pertinent documents for me & my family & he actually made the entire experience enjoyable!! It was definitely a daunting task for him, too! Thank you, once again, Charlie!

  The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I drive a bit further to this location because of the people and service levels.

  The store owner is condescending and unwilling to assist when customers encounter problems. Their responses to reviews are dismissive and blame the customer for any issues, failing to address the actual problems or take responsibility. I’ve switched to a different store.
