  A big thank you to Betsy at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center on 17289 Chesterfield Airport Road location for going above and beyond to help with my son’s graduation party. I needed a custom yard sign, and Betsy truly helped bring it to life. She was patient and helpful, and genuinely invested when the FedEx truck with my sign did not show up. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Betsy reminded me how meaningful it is when someone takes that extra step to help. Thank you for helping this mom make a special celebration even more memorable! Oh, and my picture yard signs were laminated at FedEx as well and I received so many compliments!

  It’s so rare to find people in the customer service business who make your day. Because of that, I’m sending a huge shout out to thank Chris at the Chesterfield Valley FedEx office for his help today. He made it so easy for me to get an important package overnighted to Florida so it arrived early the next day. Chris, thank you for making things happen! Keep up with the random acts of kindness. We need more of it in the world. 🥰

  Called in about an issue with my AT&T equipment return. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and would not allow me to even finish speaking before she decided to interrupt me and talk over me. Basic customer service skills must not be a trait she possesses. Will not be going back here for anything I need in the future.
