- MMM MDec 12, 20161.0What a horrible place! Many times their phone is off the hook. I just spoke with a male employee here on the phone who argued with me when I told him I had tracked my package & it was at their location. He obviously didn't want to work. He kept interrupting until he just said "now is not a good time." Then he just hung up on me! These people should be thankful that they have a job instead of making it sound like a burden. That is why I usually call Kelso or Scott City post offices for help. They are friendly, knowledgeable, & very helpful. Maybe this one will eventually close down.
