- BGBeau GaviganJun 4, 20261.0Paid extra for 2-day delivery. I get a message at 10:51 saying, "Delivery Attempted", more details says "couldn't access delivery location". Call up there and the guy on the phone asks if I have pets, mail box blocked, ect. No, and no, though the package wouldn't fit in the mailbox, anyway. He takes down my address and says "she couldn't fit it in with her load", and says I can come pick it up. No, I paid extra for delivery, and I paid extra to have it delivered in 2 days. My guess is that the package weighed almost 40 lbs (the box isn't that big, just a little heavy). Maybe she wasn't capable of carrying it? I was home, she could've knocked and I would've came out and got it from her truck. Why offer services you can't fulfill? Why am I paying extra money for a service you can't provide? Was I offered my money back for the extra money I spent to have it delivered in 2-days? Nope.
