Tracking item. Shows item arrived at 7:59 AM then at 9:19 AM. It is listed as being held at post office at customers request. I did not request it be held. I’ve had issues in the past where they refused to deliver to my employer because the building belonged to a certain company who had their own corporate mail runner. I asked to pick up items at the post office and was allowed then two days later was refused, but employee said we don’t deliver to that address because of the corporate mail runner. I informed her this was a personal item that did not belong to the company and I had paid for first class delivery. She complained that I was the one that had it delivered to that address knowing they don’t deliver there. I informed her Fedex and UPS kick items out and send them through USPS without our knowledge so no, I did not have it delivered to that address through USPS. Then the same item was listed as delivered, handed to me over the customer counter. This took away all recourse with the seller because the item was listed as delivered to me. I opened a fraud investigation Since I didn’t know where the item was or who they had given it to. It was quickly squelched. Postal employees informed corporate mail runner to pass the message through channels (email) that I was banned from calling said post office. Now they deliver to our address when they feel like it. There is a railroad line that runs along one side of our building. It is not a dead end street. If there is a train on the tracks, the postal carrier refuses to drive around the block and takes all of our packages back to the post office and list them as undeliverable“train“.

Diamond postal worker has the worst customer service in person I have ever witnessed. This man is rude and not a good reflection of the USPS.

I had a certified letter and the manager of the Carthage MO post office brought it to me herself. She was so friendly and nice.

Window clerks were awesome-do doubt. Supervisor came out was loud, and demanding toward her clerks. The one woman clerk was helping with an overseas package (it takes longer-lots of paperwork to tend to), the supervisor demanded she go to lunch NOW-all the while of picking up all the other parcels from the counter and throwing them to where they need to go. It’s sad that management is unprofessional like her. Her boss (the postmaster) is a lot more professional.
