I contacted the post office days before the package was supposed to be received by them and ask that they hold it for me. Wendy was hateful and said “that’s not how it works, you don’t have a mailbox or PO box “. She said she would pass a note to the postmaster who had previously agreed to let us know via telephone when we had packages delivered to them. Needless to say I received notice from my tracking number that my package was delivered to the post office so I go to pick it up and again, no one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there being the only one in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was ever addressed. I was rudely reminded that I was told my package would be sent back. I truly hope the USPS is completely out of business and replaced by fedex, ups, Dhl, at this point anyone other than usps.

The reasoning was because filling out the customs forms would take too long and they closed in a few minutes. Talk about great customer service. The lady that helped us has always given us a hard time when we are sending packages. She’s the one with the black short hair and accent.
