- RDRy DilksAug 15, 20261.0Package has sat in their facility and not been delivered to my address for 2 business days, thank you tracking service for showing me that. I’ve had problems with having mail sit there in the past as well. Poor communication with this location.
- BWB waltermathJun 17, 20261.0Wow- not surprised by the reviews I see. Horrible ratings! The guy was horribly loud and aggressive immediately and on top of that -was condescending- I was delivering a package for an elderly neighbor of mine and he had sworn it was supposed to be returned thru USPS. It was supposed to be returned thru UpS- and the guy says Im not UPS, it says right here its UPS- I said calmly- you dont have to be rude about it and he shouts who is being rude?! All dramatically. I looked at him like are you serious? Shouting at me like that in front of people? He makes a motion like leave and acts disgusted with me. You had one job dude- don’t take it so personal that someone made a mistake and then called you out for your ridiculous customer service- or lack thereof. Hope he has the day he deserves, sounds like you have terrible reviews for a reason!
- TCThomas CroftApr 9, 20261.0Pathetic. Lost mail to contractor for 30 days. Failed to deliver package (too big apparently ). Now will not deliver packages due tp 'driveway block'. Sorry, have our cars in the drive. Lazy too far to walk 30 feet to the house. Fedex and UPS delivered same day. Need to fire the mail lady.

The other mail is but not packages. Sometimes I’ll leave and come back and the will then either be in the box or on the porch. Today there was two items, recd message they were delivered to box and they weren’t there. Other mail yes packages no. I do hope they are there when I get home. This has happened 3-4 times in the last 6 months.
